PRECISION CNC SHARPENING SERVICES
The Integra Tooling difference:
* All spirals are CNC ground to extremely high tolerances, providing better concentricity and balance. The same machinery is used to manufacture new tools.
* In most cases, the flute is also ground, in addition to the outside diameter. The plunge end will also be re-ground, but only if necessary.
* Longer run time -- usually between 90% and 110% when compared to a new tool. Other non-CNC grinding methods provide a drastically reduced percentage.
* Minimal material removal allows for more re-grinds. Each tool is clearly marked with it's new diameter so that compensation or re-calibration is easy.
